Villa 149 is privately tucked away onto 8-acres of its own garden of Eden affording complete exclusivity, privacy, and absolute luxury.
Completed in 2002, it offers a classical neo-creole-colonial style home, built around a spectacular central patio with a 12-metre high roof, dotted with a unique and eclectic collection of oceanic & antique art and colonial furniture. Existing endemic trees and plants were preserved whilst a network of paths and walkways were designed to enable discovery walks of its mesmerizing tropical gardens.
