Villa Mia Beach exclusively situated on the famous Chaweng Beach in the epi-center of Koh Samui, is a luxurious contemporary villa set in a beautiful tropical paradise beside a 4km long white sandy beach.

The beach faces east, providing an ideal location in the afternoons with shade from the many coconut trees. Villa Mia Beach offers privacy and relaxation yet is close to the best nightlife, restaurants, cafes, shops, cocktail lounges and cabarets that Koh Samui has to offer.

The rooms have high white ceilings that welcome light along with slide away glass walls that create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.  Guests of all ages will enjoy this villa.

The expansive living room has comfortable soft seating, a large satellite LCD TV with DVD and a dining table that seats 12.  A designer kitchen has an espresso coffee machine along with all culinary essentials.  There is a barbecue and staff kitchen adjacent to the main kitchen offering more catering options.  Audio is wired throughout to enable guests to listen to their own music while relaxing, dining or socializing.

An amazing 23m infinity edge lap pool is at the heart of this luxurious villa.  The rooms all open onto the pool deck and verandas.  The pool also circles a sunken sala with a shaded pergola.  Designed for luxurious relaxation it has sumptuous sofas and a coffee table.  The pool continues to become a shallow paddling area for children. Unique alcoves along the length of the pool provide a quiet place to enjoy the garden or lotus ponds, the Jacuzzi or a retreat to have a massage.  An air conditioned gym, large garage a concealed staff accommodation is also in this area along with a shower and restroom.

More lounge verandas and an al fresco dining area are just beyond the pool leading to a beautiful lawn with coconut palms and down to the beachfront.  Sun loungers and parasols grace the grassed area and day beds are positioned directly on the beach.

Accommodation

The large master bedroom faces the spectacular view of the beach and sea.  With three sliding glass walls, it has a large veranda and outdoor seating.  It boasts a beautiful four poster bed, sofa and desk.  The ensuite bathroom is also grand and features a terrazzo bath tub, an outdoor rain shower and twin washbasins.

All six bedrooms have king size beds, feather pillows, built in wardrobes, robes and slippers,  LCD TV/DVD and stereos, concealed air conditioning, personal safes, mini bars and mirrors.  Each bedroom features distinctive decor.  The ensuite bathrooms have a walk-in rain shower or terrazzo bathtub and twin washbasins.  The five guest bedrooms also enjoy private gardens that feature an outdoor rain shower or bathtub.  The rooms are paired either side of the pool and feature interconnecting doors.

Location

• Situated on Chaweng Beach, the Villa Mia Beach is around 8 minutes drive to the airport and 30 minutes from the golf and country club at Santiburi.  The villa is walking distance to Chaweng’s vibrant entertainment and restaurants.
• Chaweng beach is 7km long in total and enjoys views of nearby islands and Choeng Mon peninsula.  There is a prevailing wind most of the year which offers refreshing breezes from the sea.
