Two buildings are the design feature of this property which was constructed in 2008 and  are connected by a private pool-lounge area. This luxury estate is exceptional with views of the ocean from every bedroom and beautiful, custom made furniture.

The property boasts over half an acre of land with an extensive, manicured lawn that leads to the Pacific Ocean.  Kayaks, pool and beach toys are provided to add to your enjoyment as you explore the ocean around you.  Outdoor showers will refresh and revive upon your return.

Another great way to cool off and unwind is in the large pool which has a spacious seating area.

Both houses feature a spectacular vaulted roof and stunning hardwood floors. Floor to ceiling windows lighten this open living design flowing into the impressive dining room and kitchen area.  The gourmet kitchen features beautifully crafted cabinetry, two ovens and two gas ranges.

Accommodation

The main house has two master bedrooms, both with king sized beds that have superior, full ocean views.  Ensuite bathrooms have been exquisitely designed and have deep bathtubs, double sinks and beautiful travertine tile.

Every bedroom in the house has private lanais (verandas) to relax on and allow the fresh ocean breeze to waft in.

A guest bedroom has a queen sized bed. Another room is furnished with bunk beds, ready for fun-filled moments with little ones.  Both the guest room and children’s room have private bathrooms.

Four bedrooms are in the second house. All have queen sized beds and private bathrooms.  A deluxe Neutron sound system and soft lighting create a luxurious ambiance both inside the house and around the pool area.

Royal Beach Estate is located on Kailua beach, voted in 1998 as the “Best Beach in America” and is a short 20 minute drive from the Honolulu airport.  Kailua offers beautiful white sand beaches, breathtaking scenery of the nearby Ko’olau Mountains and a real community spirit.
