Breath taking views extend in every direction from this spectacular hilltop villa as you look over a large part of the island, the beaches and harbour.  Surrounded with an atmosphere of absolute luxury, natural beauty and privacy the villa complex will delight the senses.

Set in the Indian Ocean the area around Fregate Island is teeming with color, dramatic topography, diverse and unspoiled.  The island has seven beaches and one with absolute privacy having its own unique character.

The Presidential Villa has a personal butler, personal maid and personal chef to attend to your every need. There are three separate villas sleeping two in each making a total of 6 persons.

Accommodation

Your 3 villas have their own verandas to relax and enjoy the view.  They each have a bathroom, TV, DVD/CD player, iPod dock, air conditioning, telephone, WiFi, safe and mini bar, and tea and coffee facilities.

One extra bed can be added for a child in each villa.

Food and Beverage

The island grows the highest quality fruit and vegetables.  Using organic principals, excellent care is taken to nurture the island’s habitat and to ensure what reaches your table is fresh and delicious.   Fresh fish of many varieties and influences from Creole and international cuisine will make each mouthful and moment to remember.

Over 50 varieties of fruit and vegetables are grown on the island, in gardens and in the hydroponics house.  The garden plantation is productive, aesthetically pleasing and offers insights into sustainable horticulture.

At this villa holiday,  you may choose to have dinner in a wide variety of settings.  Your butler can assist your decisions.  You may want a candlelit intimate dinner in your villa, the Treehouse which is high up in a large banyan tree or the yacht club.  The chef will create meals individually designed to delight your palate.  There is also a sunset cruise or sashimi picnic to enjoy out on the ocean or enjoy a cocktail high on the top of Fregate Island.

Spa

The Rock Spa offers a menu of treatments and rooms for massages, yoga and treatments.  Surrounded by granite rocks, this is a haven to enjoy freshly infused tea and relax while the skilled attendants care for you.

Using locally grown ingredients to make a unique range of treatment products, you can enjoy the ultimate in detoxification, revitalization and relaxation.

Facilities

The island has a museum with a treasure trove of historical artifacts to delve into.  With many authentic documents, discoveries from beneath the waters surrounding the island along with displays the beautiful flora and fauna, this is a delightful place to gain a deeper understand of this unique island.

One of the oldest buildings is the island’s chapel.   Authentically decorated in Creole style, this is the perfect place to create an unforgettable moment in your life.  You can celebrate a wedding or other service here.

A yacht club is situated by a private lagoon making it a superb place to relax.  You may wish to have afternoon tea, a barbecue in the evening or play a game of pool on the pool table.

Resident conservationists give nature walks to show you the island’s ecosystem.  You may be able to follow along while they do their field work researching turtles, birds and other activities.

Hiking, mountain biking and buggy trips will help you navigate the island as you wind up mountain trails and 10km of roads.

A personal trainer is available if needed to assist with your workout in the air conditioned gym facility located by the Rock Spa.

Yoga lessons may be arranged any time of the day with the resident instructor.

At night, you may wish to attend the stargazing program.

Helicopter rides can be arranged to other islands or to golfing destinations.

A kids club is available for children

Scuba diving may be arranged for night or day dives.  The experienced tutors offer PADI certified dive courses for all levels and can guide you to the best dive spots.

A local fisherman can take you fishing so you can experience a taste of the Seychellois life  or  a deep sea fishing experience can be arranged for you.

There are kayaks, Hobie cats, optimists, windsurfing boards, surfboards, water skis or banana tows.  Alternatively you may wish to experience a tour of your choice in a seaworthy powerboat, and see Fregate and the surrounding islands.

Weddings

Location

Just 4 degrees south of the equator, this is an island where pirates came to bury their bounty in the sand over 300 years ago.  Comprised of 115 islands this is a tropical paradise where many visitors have settled from countries around the globe creating its own beautiful culture.  Having changed hands several times between the French and British before becoming independent in 1976, those historical influences remain.

The highest point is Mont Signal at 125 meters above sea level.  The island maintains strong environmental and conservation principles and is dedicated to sustainable living between the needs of the island’s habitat and that of the residents and guests.

Personalized services are available to transfer you from the Seychelles International Airport on Mahe Island.  It is a 15 minute flight or a 1.5 hour boat trip from Mahe Island to Fregate Island.
