To one side of the pool is a cocktail bar to enjoy a drink while relaxing on a sun lounger situated on the teak-wood deck. If the surf is calm, the coral reef and seaweed farms can be observed along with turtles, dugongs, manta rays and pilot whales. You can walk to the beach in minutes.

The landscape is dotted with scarlet flamboyant trees, kapok trees and cactus along with the long tailed grey macaque monkeys that play in the neighbouring area.

A grand double height open plan lounge and entertainment pavilion is set behind the pool and includes a large lounge and dining area, a chef’s kitchen and up the spiral staircase is a games room with pool table.

Intriguing subterranean hallways walled in ethereal white cliff rock lead to the three Ocean Vista Suites and further on it leads to the impressive home theatre and entertainment lounge, complete with pinball machine.  This lounge is the size of a small cinema and is situated directly below the pool.  A ceiling retracts to reveal an astonishing glass skylight with views into the pool where you can see swimmers splashing above.

The tiered gardens are a delight, with architectural or design surprises in every corner, dropping down to secluded whirlpool spa gardens, stepping stones leading across ornamental ponds bathed in phosphorescent blue light, it’s easy to feel like you will never want to leave. Despite the expansive area, there are many hidden corners to escape to.

Accommodation

The five elegant suites at this villa estate are each designed to celebrate the gorgeous views through their walls of glass. Each is private, intimate and exquisitely furnished, with private en suite bathrooms and Jacuzzis.

These villas are fully-serviced luxury suites. Each is splendid with a king bed, adorned in the finest linens, has air-conditioning and a state of the art entertainment system including cable TV, DVD and safe-deposit box. Two guests can be comfortably accommodated in each room.

Owners Suite has a private timber deck and a stunning outlook. It stretches back on three levels. This includes a dresser room with built-in wardrobes, a childrens bedroom and upstairs to an impressive master bathroom which opens into private gardens and Jacuzzi.

Master Suite is at the opposite end of the property to the Owners Suite and has breath-taking views over the entire property, cliffs, beach and ocean. Every aspect has been carefully crafted to feel luxurious.

It has a superb ensuite bathroom and dresser room. A doorway opens onto a private wooden deck and garden with an open-air lounge affording a secluded place to relax, read or rest.

Below this Master Suite, on the same level as the entertainment pavilion and swimming pool, are the subterranean hallways, which lead to the three Ocean Vista Suites and the Home Theatre and Entertainment Lounge.

Ocean Vista Suites

Each of these three suites is an absolutely delightful  place to retreat and relax. Centrepiece in each room is the king bed, enhanced with quality linen and décor, air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD player, safe-deposit box and excellent entertainment systems. En suite bathrooms feature garden Jacuzzis to enjoy in the tranquillity of this private space.

The villa is fully serviced to cater guests every need with a villa manager, a team of butlers, house-keeping and security personnel with aims to delight guests by making an enchanting and memorable stay. They give the highest level of discretion and professional services, and with a 24/7 shift, the butlers and security personnel someone is always available to meet your needs.
