Two beautiful villas on Samui’s unspoilt northern shores are available together or individually and are brand new to the market.  They each sleep 14 adults and around six children and feature dividing walls that can be removed to expand and unite the villas.  With these walls removed, it creates an enlarged personal retreat for family and friends.

Dining is a highlight of this villa as the Thai chefs enjoy using the best and freshest ingredients that are found locally.  The villa features a modern fully equipped kitchen with both a Western and Thai area, where exquisite national and regional dishes can be prepared for you.  These may include fresh seafood and rare Thai delicacies.  You may enjoy eating when and what you want.

The room has comfy sofas, and a 50 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. There is Apple TV, satellite connection, DVD and amplifier.  The room also has a bar fridge, along with tea and coffee making facilities and an adjacent powder room.

Children can enjoy a 40 inch flat screen TV along with an ensuite bunk room in their own living room.

Many other features are added for your enjoyment included an outdoor massage sala, another sala for relaxation, a media room, fitness centre and sauna room and much more.

The stunning 15 m pool sits above the beautiful beach and is elevated to better enjoy the breathtaking views and maintain privacy.  Dining for 14 can be enjoyed in the ornate covered sala by the pool, that has a bar fridge, surround sound speakers, a 6 burner barbecue, sink, amplifier and iPod dock.

Accommodation

The villa has seven spacious double and twin rooms with ensuites. Each room has double vanity units, an indoor shower and a private outdoor shower.  Interconnecting rooms have a sunken bath.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are air-conditioned.

All rooms are exquisitely designed with timber ceilings, Italian ceramic floor tiles, a fixed headboard with custom artwork, LED lighting, pendant reading lamps, full length dress mirrors, built-in wardrobes, Blu-ray DVD players, satellite TVs, bar fridges and computer tables.  There is no need to bring electrical adaptors as all outlets are international standard.

Facing the beautiful sea view, the room has a 50 inch smart TV with amplifier and in-ceiling speakers along with the other features and a lovely two seater lounge suite.

Bedroom 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7

These bedrooms have the features listed above along with a 40 inch smart TV with amplifier and in-ceiling speakers.  There is a patio with 2 chairs and a table for your enjoyment.

This room has Italian ceramic floor tiles, fixed headboards with custom artwork, pendant reading lamps, ceiling fan, LED lighting, 40 inch smart TV with amplifier, Blu-ray DVD player, in-ceiling speakers, satellite TV, Wii, bar fridge and built-in wardrobes.

The bathroom features an indoor shower.

Open-Air Lounge

The open-air lounge has four, three seater sofas, coffee tables, a day bed and ceiling fans.

A beautiful 15 m in-ground pool mineral treated with travertine coping and has steps at the shallow end, depth 90 cm - 1.6 cm with an adjacent toilet.
